In the production process, product quality control is one of the core keys, and the quality control of the plastic flexible packaging production industry generally relies on the personal qualities of the quality inspectors, which is subjective and delayed. 1. Maintain the stability of the process flow: From the moment we receive customer samples, we organize professional inspection personnel to conduct all-round observation, testing, and measurement in terms of product material, thickness, tensile force, size, appearance, and material quality. Strive to achieve 100% understanding of customer samples. In addition, we will also actively communicate with customers, investigate the purpose of the product, restore user usage scenarios, and deepen the understanding of the product from the user’s perspective. Then, after fully understanding the product, we will make samples and debug according to the samples as soon as possible. After obtaining customer approval, we will maintain the process to ensure that the quality is completely consistent from the sample to the finished product.

2. Pay attention to every detail in the production process: There are many factors that determine product quality. Not ignoring any detail is one of the magic weapons to ensure product quality. Any detail must be checked, corrected, and recorded to form operating specifications.

Establish awareness of prevention: If an abnormality is found in production, dig into the cause, even if it has not been determined that it will affect the quality of the product, you must be highly vigilant, even if it costs more. Even in continuous production, the data and details of the two days before and after must be reviewed.

4. Maintain good communication with front-line workers: From the beginning of production, it is necessary to communicate with the front-line production workers in each process to let them know what our products are for and what to pay special attention to to keep them at all times vigilance. On the other hand, we must listen carefully to their suggestions and even complaints, because the product manufacturer is the person closest to the product, and every sentence of their evaluation of the product may inspire us to discover the hidden problems and value in quality control.
