How to use plastic bags to be safe?

Polyvinyl chloride plastic bags need to be added with additives during production. These additives are easy to migrate out when heated or in contact with oily foods, and remain in the food and cause harm to the human body. Therefore, do not put vegetables and other foods in the plastic bag. Heat it in the microwave, and don’t put the plastic bag in the refrigerator.

In addition, the plastic bag made of any material should be used in accordance with the temperature range specified on the product packaging, and the plastic bag should not be in direct contact with food for a long time. When heating, leave a gap or pierce a few small holes in the plastic bag. In order to avoid explosion, and prevent high temperature water vapor from falling on the food from the plastic bag.
