Finding a standard baler for the plastics industry has become a top priority for large amount of factories.
Since the establishment of our company, we have taken our best efforts to meet customer requirements as our basic service tenet. On the basis of meeting customers’ requirements for high quality, low price, short delivery time, etc., customers put forward a new subject: Can a breakthrough in loading quantity be achieved? If you want to increase the quantity, you must make a fuss on the product packer! Since then, the baler innovation has begun.
In 2011, our company entrusted them to develop a professional plastic bag packaging machine by looking for a professional packaging organization. However, after repeated trials and experiments, it still ended in failure. In this regard, the customer expressed understanding, because at that time our company’s loading volume had reached the same level in the industry. Manager Lu, the company’s quality director, took this matter in his mind and personally studied it. 19 months later, he borrowed an ordinary baler and used iron sheet as the inner lining to successfully produce the first package in the auto repair shop! There were also problems that emerged. The iron lining could easily damage the outer packaging of the product. In order to find a solution, Manager Lu bought the materials and rented the space by himself. With reference to the carton baler, after several studies, he finally made the first horizontal baler and shipped it to the flat. Yin factory successfully delivered the first batch of goods, and the packaging quality passed the customs!
In December 2012, the Pingyin factory was successfully tested and shipped the equipment to our factory, and the bs01 was officially packaged. 890 packages were realized for the first time, achieving customer satisfaction. Since then, the first generation of professional plastic bag balers has officially come out successfully.
However, we are not satisfied with this: In June 2013, the company changed the horizontal type to the vertical type on the basis of the first generation of baler, and the production efficiency was greatly improved. In July 2014, pneumatic components were added to the original packing box, which increased the loading quantity by 5%. The appearance is also improved.
With continuous innovation, our company’s baler has become mature and has applied for a patent. The company’s product packaging is beautiful, compact, high-quality and integrated, and the number of containers finally increased to more than 1100 packages, which greatly reduced the freight costs for customers.
Small balers have led to a breakthrough in the number of cabinets, and similarly, small products can also make a big difference. As long as you work hard, you can do a lot!
