CPP production has two methods: single-layer casting and multi-layer co-extrusion casting. The single-layer film mainly requires the material to have good low-temperature heat-sealing performance and flexibility. Multi-layer co-extruded cast film can generally be divided into three layers: heat seal layer, support layer, and corona layer. The choice of material is wider than single layer film. The materials that meet the requirements of each layer can be selected individually, giving the film different Functions and uses. Among them, the heat-sealing layer needs to be heat-sealed, the melting point of the material is low, the heat-melt property is good, the heat-sealing temperature is wide, and the sealing is easy; the support layer supports the film and increases the stiffness of the film; corona The layer needs to be printed or metallized, and moderate surface tension is required. The addition of additives should be strictly limited.
